What program do I apply for through Join a school in France?
Join a School in France is a selection process that allows you to apply to our 5 member schools (Audencia Business School, emlyon business school, ESCP Europe, HEC Paris, SKEMA Business School) for the Master's in Management program only.
Do I need to apply for each school separately?
No, you apply for the 5 schools at once.
2. Application requirements
I will graduate next year in July, can I apply?
Yes you can. Applicants may fill an application in the same year they obtain their degree.
I have a non-French Bachelor but I was not outside of France during all three years, can I participate in Join a School in France?
Your application will be submitted to Join a School in France member schools who will decide if you can apply to their Master in Management. You can be accepted by a school but not necessarily all 5 of them.
Should I have studied particular courses to be able to participate in Join a School in France?
No, the selection is opened to all applicants whatever their degree as long as they meet the application requirements.
1. Applying online
Can I apply to several sessions?
Application to several sessions is not allowed. You can apply to only one session per year. However, you may ask to transfer to another session. In order to do that you have to send an e-mail to Join a School in France (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your full name, your application number and the session for which you wish a transfer.
What happens if I do not pay Join a School in France application fees?
Your application will not be considered complete and thus you will not be considered as an applicant to the Join a School in France member schools.
Can I pay my application fees in foreign currency?
No, the payment must be done in Euros only. You can proceed to the payment by following this link.
Does Join a School in France offer scholarships to students?
The Join a School team does not provide any scholarship. However, you can review some available scholarships on this page.
2. Standardized written tests
I chose to take the TAGE MAGE test, do I also have to pay the fees to the FNEGE if I already pay Join a School in France application fees?
Yes, as Join a School in France does not organize the TAGE MAGE test. This test is organized by the FNEGE.
How can I send my TAGE MAGE score to Join a School in France?

How can I send my GRE score to Join a School in France?
You must ask for your official score report to be sent to at least one of Join a School in France member schools www.ets.org/gre/

What GMAT score will be take into account if I have several scores?
We will take into account your best GMAT score, as long as it is received before the application deadline.
What happens if Join a School in France does not receive my written test score before the application deadline?
You will be declared absent to the written test and thus your application will not be considered for eligibility.
Are there minimum scores required for the written tests?
There are no required minimum scores.
Do you accept the GMAT "Unofficial score report - test taker copy"?
No, we only accept the "Official score report - test taker copy" on which we find all the scores (verbal, quantitative, total, analytical writing, integrated reasoning). However we encourage you to upload your unofficial copy if you do not have the official one yet. It must be replaced by the official score copy before the deadline.
How can I send my GMAT score to Join a School in France?
You have to select the “Join a School in France” program on GMAT website.
3. English tests
Do I have to send an English test score to Join a School in France?
If you are not a native English speaker, you will have to send us an English test score before the deadline indicated in the selection rules.
If you have studied 3 years (Bachelor, Licence) or more in English, you do not need to take an English test. However, you will need to send us an evidence that all your courses were taught in English.
What are the English level tests accepted by Join a School in France?
You can take either the TOEFL, the TOEIC (Listening and Reading, or Speaking and Writing), the IELTS or Cambridge.
What happens if Join a School in France does not receive my English test score before the deadline indicated in the selection rules?
The English test is part of Join a School in France member schools’ evaluation of your application. If this information is missing we cannot send your application to the member schools.
There is no interview center in my country, where can I take the interview?
Under some specific circumstances, Join a School in France can open new interview centres. The applicant must ask for this by email when applying online.
How can I get detailed information on the Grande Ecole degree course?
You will find the link of each school on our website. If you need more information, please contact the schools directly.
Should I apply to each school directly to show my motivation?
The result will be the same but you will have to do several applications. Through Join a School in France, you apply once and your file is sent to all 5 schools. At the end, you receive your admission result and you choose which school you want to enroll in. The schools make their admission choices independently. This does not affect your chances of being accepted by all five schools!
I have finished my studies; can I upload a professional recommendation letter rather than an academic one?
Join a School in France member schools accept academic and professional letters of recommendation.
